About our products and services

We offer custom apparel, embroidery, printing and promotional merchandise for individuals, businesses, schools, teams, churches, organizations and event planners. Product images are for illustration; personalized items are made to the details you provide and approve.

Quotes and orders

• A quote request is not an order. Pricing is based on your design, products and quantity.
• An order is accepted when we confirm it to you. Production starts after you approve your digital design proof.
• Requested completion dates are preferences, not guarantees.

Artwork and intellectual property

You confirm that you own or have permission to use any artwork, logos or text you submit, and that it does not infringe anyone’s rights. We may decline artwork we cannot legally or technically produce.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Accepted payment methods: major credit and debit cards (other methods may be shown at checkout). Deposit or payment timing for custom orders: a 50% deposit is due when your design proof is approved, with the balance due before pickup or shipping

Production, pickup and shipping

Orders are prepared for pickup or shipping. See our Shipping Policy for details. Production time: Typically 7–10 business days after your design proof is approved

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, JTees Merch House is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or our products. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
