Agreement Overview These terms and conditions govern the provision of WordPress website development services by Blue IT Technologies (“we,” “us,” “our”) to the client (“you,” “your”). By engaging with our services, you agree to the following terms.
Scope of Services Blue IT Technologies will provide WordPress website development services, including but not limited to website design, development, customization, and maintenance. Specific deliverables will be outlined in a separate project proposal or agreement.
Client Responsibilities You agree to provide necessary content, materials, and information (e.g., logos, text, images, brand guidelines) required for website development. You are responsible for ensuring that all content provided does not infringe on any third-party copyrights or intellectual property rights.
Payment Terms Payments for services will be outlined in the project proposal. An initial deposit is typically required to commence work, with the remaining balance due upon completion. Payment methods and schedules will be agreed upon prior to the start of the project.
Timelines We will provide an estimated timeline for project completion, but deadlines are contingent on timely receipt of client-provided materials and feedback. We will not be liable for delays caused by factors outside of our control.
Ownership and Rights Upon full payment, you will own the website and its content. We retain the right to use the work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Revisions and Changes Any requests for changes or revisions to the website after approval of the final design may incur additional charges. We will provide details of these costs prior to proceeding with any changes.
Hosting and Domain If we provide hosting or domain registration services, you will be responsible for any associated fees. If you choose to use your own hosting or domain, we are not responsible for issues related to third-party providers.
Warranties and Limitations We provide a warranty for our work for a specified period after launch. This warranty covers technical issues caused by development errors. However, we do not guarantee the website will be free of bugs or issues caused by external factors such as hosting provider changes or software updates.
Confidentiality Both parties agree to keep all sensitive information, including client details and business strategies, confidential, except as required by law or with prior written consent.
Termination Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice. In case of termination, any work completed up to that point will be billed, and the client will retain rights to the deliverables provided.
Limitation of Liability Blue IT Technologies will not be held liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the website.
Governing Law This agreement will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Blue IT Technologies operates. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
