Fees & reimbursements

Fees & reimbursements

More and more employers and unions recognize the importance of personal development. There is a good chance your collective labor agreement (CAO) includes a personal development or training budget. This amount is reserved by your employer and can, upon agreement, be used for coaching or career counseling. You can find your CAO online or request it from your HR manager. Bring it with you to our first meeting so we can explore the possibilities together.

In many cases, (part of) the trajectory can be reimbursed by your employer. The personal development budget (POB), also called individual development budget (IOB) in some CAOs, is an annual amount available for individual development. This budget may be used for coaching, guidance, or therapeutic treatment.

Curious about your options? Ask your HR manager, supervisor, or director.

Explore what’s possible together

A no-obligation intro session shows how we will achieve your goals together. No waiting lists.

Private payment

Prefer to pay for your sessions yourself? That is absolutely possible. My rate is €90 per 50-minute session.

Private sessions offer several advantages: you can start immediately without waiting lists, and you have full control over the duration, frequency, and content of the sessions without limitations from insurance packages or employer budgets. This means fully personalized support, tailored to your needs and preferences.

Your privacy is guaranteed, as no employer or insurer is involved. You retain complete freedom over the structure and content of your therapy.
