- Scheduling is based on the agreed upon schedule that accommodates your clinic’s flow.
- Patients are seen every 45min-1 hour to provide unmatched attention and care to each and EVERY case.

Testing area
- Testing is usually provided on an examination table in a spare room within the office of clinic.
- The Clinic will provide all basic medical supplies such as exam table paper, alcohol swabs, and gauze.
- Somatic Neurodiagnostics will bring all specialized equipment and supplies required to complete testing.
Reports
- You time is valuable. Somatic delivers concise reporting with an actionable impression at the top in bold. ICD-10 and CPT codes are included on the report which is delivered within 24-48 hour.

- Every EMG/NCS report includes complete, fully transparent data without the use of auto-generated summaries.

Scheduling
- Somatic is committed to reducing administrative burden while accelerating patient care. We offer a convenient referral model where appointments are managed by your staff according to a pre-arranged schedule that respects your facility's workflow.
- Typically, patients are scheduled every 45 minutes to 1 hour.
- Our team is highly responsive, frequently accommodating same-day referrals and providing STAT report turnarounds to ensure timely diagnostic insights.
Who to refer
- Generally, patients with numbness, tingling, radiating pain, muscle cramping or weakness lasting 21+ days. See below for additional conditions warranting referral.
Billing
- The clinic handles all billing and collections for services rendered.
- Somatic will submit a monthly invoice for services rendered.
